Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the MonsterWin website at monsterwin-bonus.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Platform”). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and MonsterWin.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

1.1. Agreement to Terms

By completing the registration process and creating an account on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information provided by you during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

1.2. Amendments

MonsterWin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

1.3. Language

These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between versions in different languages, the English version shall prevail.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• “Account” means a unique personal account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• “Balance” means the total funds available in a Player’s Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds (where applicable).
• “Bonus” means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by MonsterWin to Players.
• “Company” / “MonsterWin” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” means the operator of the Platform available at monsterwin-bonus.com.
• “Currency” means Euro (€), the official currency accepted on the Platform.
• “Device” means any computer, smartphone, tablet, or other internet-connected device used to access the Platform.
• “Game” means any casino game, slot, table game, live dealer game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• “KYC” (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required from Players.
• “Player” / “You” / “Your” means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• “Prohibited Territories” means jurisdictions from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited.
• “Responsible Gaming” means the suite of tools and resources available to Players to manage their gambling activity, as described in Section 13 and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• “Services” means all gaming, financial, customer support, and ancillary services provided by MonsterWin via the Platform.
• “Software” means any application, program, or code used to power the Platform, including games and backend systems.
• “Wagering Requirement” means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1. Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where the Player is found to be or suspected of being underage. Any winnings obtained by underage Players will be forfeited.

3.2. Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name;
• Date of birth;
• Residential address;
• Valid email address;
• Phone number;
• Chosen username and password.

You agree to promptly update any information in your Account should it change. MonsterWin shall not be held liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.3. One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in your name, you must contact us at [email protected] immediately.

3.4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

MonsterWin is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of our obligations, we conduct KYC checks on all Players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Copy of the card or screenshot of the e-wallet account used for transactions;
• Source of Funds: Bank statements, payslips, or other documentation establishing the legitimacy of deposited funds.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure. MonsterWin reserves the right to withhold funds pending the completion of KYC procedures.

3.5. Prohibited Players

The following individuals are not permitted to register or use the Platform:

• Persons under the age of 18;
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform;
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of MonsterWin and their immediate family members;
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual for gambling purposes.

4. Account Management

4.1. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other account access information with any third party. MonsterWin will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.2. Account Verification & Suspension

MonsterWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time if:

• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour;
• The Player violates any provision of these Terms;
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The Account is involved in money laundering or other illegal activities;
• Required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

4.3. Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (subject to verification) will be returned to you through the original payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met and KYC has been completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be eligible for withdrawal upon voluntary account closure.

4.4. Inactive Accounts

An Account will be considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. MonsterWin reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to €5 per month or the equivalent remaining balance (whichever is lower) to inactive accounts after prior notification. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods

MonsterWin accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on the Player’s location and account status. MonsterWin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2. Deposits

Minimum Deposit: €10
Maximum Deposit: Subject to the chosen payment method and applicable limits.
Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited instantly or within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. MonsterWin reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return funds to their source if the origin cannot be verified.

5.3. Withdrawals

Minimum Withdrawal: €20
Maximum Withdrawal: Up to €5,000 per transaction; up to €10,000 per week; up to €30,000 per month, unless otherwise specified for VIP players.
Processing Time:

All withdrawal requests are subject to security and KYC checks before processing. MonsterWin reserves the right to extend processing times if additional verification is required.

5.4. Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Euro (€). If you fund your Account using a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees, for which MonsterWin bears no responsibility.

5.5. Fees

MonsterWin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are advised to consult their payment provider for specific fee information.

5.6. Anti-Money Laundering

MonsterWin operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into any Account. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately, and all relevant information will be reported to the competent authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1. General Bonus Terms

MonsterWin may offer various promotional bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional terms specific to each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as determined by MonsterWin at its sole discretion;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted;
• MonsterWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, chip dumping, or collusion, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and may lead to Account closure.

6.2. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as playthrough requirement), which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• The standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount;
• Welcome package bonuses may carry a combined deposit + bonus wagering requirement;
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the Account.

Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3. Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game types contribute differently to the wagering requirement. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

6.4. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per spin is €5.00, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.5. Maximum Bonus Winnings

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion’s terms, winnings derived from bonus funds are capped at €5,000 or 20x the bonus value, whichever is lower. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Player’s Account upon completion of the wagering requirement.

6.6. Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion must be used within the timeframe specified in the promotion’s terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. Games & Fair Play

7.1. Random Number Generator (RNG)

All casino games available on the Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that all game outcomes are entirely random, unbiased, and independent of previous results. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing agencies to guarantee fairness and integrity.

7.2. Game Rules

Each game available on the Platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. MonsterWin shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player’s failure to understand the applicable game rules.

7.3. Malfunctions & Technical Errors

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction, system failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of a game, MonsterWin reserves the right to:

• Declare the game round void and return all bets to the Players;
• Correct any erroneous payouts at its sole discretion;
• Temporarily suspend access to any game for investigation purposes.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. MonsterWin will not honour any winnings that result from a demonstrable malfunction, regardless of the amount displayed.

7.4. Prohibition of Automated Play & Bots

The use of any software, script, algorithm, or bot that automates gameplay, exploits vulnerabilities, or provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. MonsterWin employs advanced monitoring tools to detect such activity. Any Player found to be using automated play software will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and may be subject to legal action.

7.5. Collusion & Fraud

Collusion between Players, chip dumping, money laundering through gameplay, and any other form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. MonsterWin reserves the right to withhold funds and report such activity to the appropriate authorities.

7.6. Return to Player (RTP)

The Return to Player percentage for each game is disclosed within the game information panel. MonsterWin strives to offer games with competitive and industry-standard RTP rates. RTP is a theoretical statistical average calculated over a very large number of game rounds and is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

8. Tournaments & Lotteries

8.1. Tournaments

MonsterWin may host player tournaments from time to time. Participation in tournaments is subject to specific rules published for each event, including eligibility criteria, buy-in requirements, prize pool distribution, and tiebreaker rules. The Company’s decisions regarding tournament standings and prize allocations are final and binding.

8.2. Lotteries & Prize Draws

Where MonsterWin offers lottery-style draws or prize competitions, the relevant rules will be made available on the Platform prior to the commencement of each event. Prize draws are conducted fairly and transparently, and all eligible participants have an equal chance of winning. Winners will be notified via email and results may be published on the Platform.

8.3. Disqualification

MonsterWin reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a tournament or prize draw if there is evidence of rule violations, cheating, or abuse of the promotional structure. Disqualification may result in forfeiture of any prizes won.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Ownership

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and game content, is the intellectual property of MonsterWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The MonsterWin name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks.

9.2. Restricted Use

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Platform content;
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any software on the Platform.

9.3. User Content

Any content submitted by Players to the Platform (including reviews, comments, or support communications) grants MonsterWin a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Platform Availability

MonsterWin provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

10.2. Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MonsterWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

10.3. Maximum Liability

In any event, MonsterWin’s total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4. Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to or content from third-party websites or services. MonsterWin assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of any third-party website or service and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of such third-party content.

10.5. Force Majeure

MonsterWin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, governmental actions, internet outages, or cyberattacks.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your Account username, the date of the incident, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a resolution within 14 business days.

11.2. Escalation

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to an independent third-party dispute resolution body. Information on available dispute resolution services will be provided upon request.

11.3. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes not resolved through the internal complaints process may be referred to the appropriate legal forum.

11.4. No Waiver

MonsterWin’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision in the future.

12. Health & Safety

12.1. Player Welfare

MonsterWin takes the physical and mental well-being of its Players seriously. We strongly advise all Players to take regular breaks during play sessions, to avoid gambling when fatigued, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol or other substances, and to treat gambling solely as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

12.2. Screen Time

Extended periods of screen use can contribute to eye strain, headaches, and disrupted sleep patterns. We encourage Players to set personal time limits for their gaming sessions and to utilise the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

12.3. Mental Health

13. Responsible Gaming

14. Miscellaneous

14.1. Entire Agreement

14.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of MonsterWin. MonsterWin reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity.
